It is estimated that by 2050 most of workforce would be above the age of 60 exceeding the young workforce. Age brings with it health problems which is unavoidable and thus experts predict they need to make provisions in their financial statements for disability claims. Most of the workers these days enjoy life and live active life. They wouldn’t like to retire even at their 60’s. For companies to replace experienced candidates with fresher is troublesome too. So it is better to give attention to alter some policies to accommodate these future problems and their solutions
