Xerox subsidiary Affiliated Computer Services has purchased HR firm ExcellerateHRO LLP (EHRO) for a reported $125 million. About 350 organizations are currently on EHRO’s client list, including several several Fortune 500 companies. Xerox has been focusing its foray into HR in the BPO, or business process outsourcing, sector and the acquisition of EHRO continues in that direction.
Xerox’s BPO division, headed by Affiliated Computer Services, has been a big moneymaker for the company during the past year, accounting for 55% of its total services revenue during the second quarter of 2010.
