Kenexa, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, announced Tuesday that Antoine Jenkins, senior manager of recruiting support and strategy for Wal-Mart, will share Wal-Mart’s approach to implementing its first truly global HR system during the upcoming 2010 Kenexa World Conference.
The conference takes place Sept. 21-23 in Philadelphia, Pa.
Titled “15+20+6+22.5 million=1: How Are We Getting There?”, Jenkins’ presentation will describe how Wal-Mart has addressed its HR needs in 15 countries with more than 20 unique business units.
The presentation will focus on Wal-Mart’s global implementation of Kenexa 2x BrassRing(TM), a configurable and scalable global HR technology recruiting solution.
