grangeGrange Insurance, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, has appointed Doreen DeLaney vice president of human resources and community relations . In the role, DeLaney will lead all human resources functions and will develop the overall multi-market strategy for Grange’s community outreach initiatives.

DeLaney, who has more than 20 years HR experience, most recently served as senior vice president of human resources and shared services for FirstData Corp. in Atlanta, Ga. She has also held executive level positions at Countrywide Financial Corp. and CNA Insurance Co.

Grange Insurance offers auto, home, life and business insurance protected in 13 states.
