Atlanta-based pest control company Orkin has named Bob Cipriano as assistant vice president of human resources. He replaces Vye Ladd, who will retire at the end of this month.
Cipriano will oversee five division human resources departments for Orkin. He has worked in the human resources field for more than 25 years, including senior level positions with Kimberly-Clark and General Electric.
Orkin was founded in 1901and has operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, Central America, Middle East, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. The company has more than 400 locations and almost 8,000 employees.
