HireRight Inc., in on-demand employment background and drug screening company, has appointed Janet Randolph as vice president of human resources. Randolph will be based out of the HireRight’s Irvine, Calif., global headquarters and report to company president and CEO Mike Petrullo.
Randolph has more than 25 years of combined human resources and business strategy leadership, and as vice president of human resources, she will be responsible for leading and managing HireRight’s efforts to attract, develop, engage and retain its highly talented workforce, the company said in a press release. She joins HireRight from the Rational Software brand within the International Business Machines Corporation’s (IBM) Software Group, where she served as director of human resources.
Prior to Rational, Ms. Randolph held vice president of human resources roles at FileNet (acquired by IBM) and Epicor Software.
“We’re thrilled to have Janet join the HireRight team,” said Mr. Petrullo. “Her strong leadership skills and track record in aligning human resources strategies with organizational objectives will help position our business for continued growth and performance.”
