Patricia Wadors has joined Plantronics as senior vice president of human resources. She will be responsible for leading Plantronics’ human resources programs across the company’s worldwide offices and facilities.
“Pat’s 24 years of human resource management leadership fits perfectly with Plantronics as we align ourselves to take advantage of the opportunity presented by Unified Communications,” said Ken Kannappan, president and CEO of Plantronics. “Her experience in software culture and process, organizational transformation, and fast, empowered organizations will prove invaluable toward supporting Plantronics’ streamlined corporate structure and future growth.”
Wadors previously spent four years at Yahoo! Inc. in a series of senior positions. As senior vice president of human resources, Wadors led Yahoo’s HR Business Partner function for the entire global business, including over 14,500 employees in more than 17 locations.
Wadors is also a former chief human resources officer for Align Technologies, a global medical-device company and manufacturer of the Invisalign system.
Plantronics is a provider of personal audio communications equipment, such as Bluetooth headsets, as well as unified communication solutions.
