Northrop Grumman Corp. has named Constance A. Soloway vice president of human resources for its Enterprise Shares Services organization. In the role Soloway will be responsible for talent acquisition and management and succession planning, ethics, compensation and benefits and several other areas, the company said in a press release.
Soloway most recently served as HR director for the company’s electronic systems sector. She has been at Northrop Grumman for 25 years.
Northrop Grumman is a global security company with 120,000 employees.
