PHH Corporation has named Adele T. Barbato as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. She will assume responsibility for “driving business growth and shareholder value through an effective human capital strategy,” the company said in a press release.

Barbato has over 35 years of global human resources experience. She most recently was vice president of human resources at Drexel University. She has also held senior management positions at MedQuist Inc. and Unisys Corp.

PHH Corp. is headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. It is an outsource provider of mortgage services and fleet management services.
