Government contractor VSE Corp. has named Tina Bailey vice president of human resources. Bailey previously was V.P. of human resources for VSE’s Federal Group, which is the company’s largest group in terms of revenues and employees.
“I am committed to ensuring that human resource objectives are always in the best interest of every employee while maintaining alignment with the goals of VSE,” Bailey said. “During the past year I have experienced firsthand how the culture of VSE is reflected in their concern for every employee’s welfare, safety and job satisfaction.”
Prior to joining VSE, Bailey served as human resources consultant for Aetna Casualty and Surety Company.
VSE provides federal services including program management, logistics, equipment and vehicle/vessel refurbishment.
