Rainy Lake Medical Names Ugboajah V.P of HR

Rainy Lake Medical Center in International Falls, Minn. has named Pele Raymond Ugboajah, PhD, new vice president of human resources. Ugboajah brings over 15 years experience to the role. Prior to joining RLMC he served as senior management consultant and executive coach at MDA Leadership Consulting. He will be responsible for implementing a complete human resources strategy and will also oversee operations of the I.T. and marketing/communications department.
