Peconic Bay Medical Center, a non-profit, 214-bed medical facility in eastern Long Island, has named Monica Chestnut Rauls new vice president of human resources. Prior to joining PBMC, Rauls was assistant executive director at Forest Hills Hospital and human resources business partner at North Shore University Hospital. She is a nationally certified Senior Professional of Human Resources.
