Cumberland County in New Jersey has named Joseph Rossi new human resources director. Rossi, a former dean of Atlantic Cape May Community College, replaces longtime department head Ralph Brownlee. He will make $80,000 a year.
County administrator Kenneth Mecough said 14 people applied for the position .
