Pictons, the Bedfordshire, UK law firm, has promoted human resources director Yvonne Hardiman to salaried partner, under a new law that permits law firms to have up to 25% of partners be non-lawyers.
As one of 14 partners, Hardinman will have access to increased management support for HR initiatives. Also, the firm will begin offering HR consultancy services to clients.
Based in Luton, Pictons Solicitors LLP also has offices in Hemel Hempstead and Milton Keynes.
