Durning has over 14 years human resources management experience. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Management Association.
The non-profit has a workforce of over 2,500.
Founded in 1989, Community Options is a nonprofit organization that develops community-based homes and employment services for people with disabilities.
Headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, the organization has offices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, South Carolina, Texas, Kentucky and New Mexico.
