Angela Brewer has returned to her hometown of Rogers, Arkansas as the city’s director of human resources. Brewer grew up in Rogers and graduated from Rogers High School in 1988.
She replaces Gina Kincy, who took a position with NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
Brewer has a master’s degree in human resource management from Wayland Baptist University in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was assistant director of admissions at the University of Arkansas for seven years.
Rogers is a suburban city in Benton County, Arkansas. As of the 2000 census, the city was the ninth most populous in the state, with a total population of 38,829; a special census in 2006 showed a population of 48,666.
