New York Fed Names Mink Exec VP & Head of HR

federalreservebanknewyork_1The Federal Reserve Bank of New York has named Susan Ward Mink executive vice president and head of the newly-formed Human Resources Group.

Mink will work with senior management to support the recruitment, retention and development of talent, and to identify and develop the next generation of leaders for the bank.

She has over three decades experience as a human resources professional, working in senior positions in banking, investment banking and insurance.

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is one of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks of the United States. It is responsible for the Second District of the Federal Reserve System, which encompasses New York state, the 12 northern counties of New Jersey, Fairfield County in Connecticut, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
