International creative advertising agency Lowe Lintas has appointed Nagananda Kumar as corporate coach and human resources director in Mumbai, India.
Kumar’s responsibilities will include leadership coaching; streamlining and automating HR operations; and creating professional development programs. He will report to Charles Cadell, CEO and R. Balki, chairman and chief creative officer.
Kumar has worked at Exxon Basic Chemicals, Hughes Space and Communications, GM-OnStar, Oracle and Robert Mondavi.
He is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and has taught courses on organizational culture, creativity and change in institutions like Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
