Human resources software firm HRsmart has appointed Patrick Aulson to Chief Administrative Officer.
Aulson was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for HRsmart. In his new role, Aulson will be responsible for HRsmart’s Human Resources, Finance, Contracts and Procurement Departments. He will continue to manage strategic planning and developing new business initiatives and mergers and acquisitions for HRsmart
Prior to joining HRsmart, Aulson was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Turner Construction Company, the nation’s leading general builder. He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
HRsmart publishes the Talent Management Application Suite, which handles applicant tracking, performance management, learning management, career development and succession planning in a single unified platform. HRsmart is a privately held company with its US headquarters in Richardson, Texas, and operations in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, the Middle East, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.
