Fort Wayne, Indiana City HR Chief Abruptly Leaves

fortwayneindiana_160x120Alan Candioto, the human resources director for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana since April 2008, has left his post.

Neither Candioto nor the city will discuss the circumstances behind his leaving. It is not clear if Candioto resigned or was terminated. He has 38 years of professional experience.

Candioto was previously regional director of human resources for Bethesda Lutheran Homes & Services, and director of human resources for Fort Wayne’s BF Goodrich Tire/Michelin plant.

Candioto was the second HR director under Mayor Tom Henry. He replaced Chlo Davie, whom the mayor fired in early 2008.
