Coahoma County Brings on Myles as HR Director

coahomacountymi_160x120The Coahoma, Mississippi County Board of Supervisors has appointed Benita Myles as Human Resource Director.

She joins from the County’s Road Department, where she was office manager. Previously, she was operations coordinator at a hospital.

Myles will be responsible for compliance of regulatory guidelines, employee orientation, development, and training, employee relations and community communication, compensation and benefits administration, employee services and counseling. She will also manage the County Web site.

Coahoma County is located in the Mississippi Delta. As of 2000, the population was 30,600. Its county seat is Clarksdale.
